Rang on the off chance I could get some bloods taken. After explaining a couple of times I didn’t need to see a doctor was told there was an appointment in 1/2 hr. Got there on time & after waiting 50 mins watched a patient who got there 1/2 hr after me come out from seeing the doctor & tell the receptionist they needed bloods done. Was taken straight down to the nurse. Cancelled my appointment & left.

Worst treatment I've had in ages never ever been treated so horrible.. Yet, in saying the latter I would all so like to say that the clinic is is very clean. The receptionist is always friendly and helpful. Additionally I have family who are provided with excellent care by the doctors at this clinic.

Receptionist are very lovely? Nurses are fantastic,
But not happy to see Dr Reem only to work on a Wednesday now , lovely female doc and very understanding ...
Maybe need to employ another female doc for another during the week ..

I’m not one to post a review online but definitely do not recommend this place.

I saw a doctor at the Clifton Springs Medical Centre but he didn’t seem to take what I was saying seriously. I asked for antibiotics / medication to help but was denied. I then went to a different clinic as I knew what I was experiencing wasn’t normal and after some tests she sent me to hospital where I found out I have pneumonia. I called the Clifton Springs Medical Centre to give feedback as I ended up very unwell and if I hadn’t seen a different doctor it could have been worse. I was told they would speak to the doctor and then contact me again but I never heard anything.

Best GP experience I’ve had. I came to Clifton Springs Medical Centre as a new patient while on holidays. Dr Al-Badri had a very gentle and caring manner, was very thorough and explained everything clearly to me. He did tests my normal GP didn’t do and said he’d call me as soon as the results come back, even if this meant he had to call on a Sunday. The appointment didn’t feel rushed whatsoever, whereas most GPs I’ve seen in the past seem to have you in and out in 5 minutes. Very friendly reception staff too. Highly recommend, I wish this clinic was in Melbourne!

My wife and I have been coming to this practice for over 5 years. It has always been a pleasant experience with staff and doctors. We are moving from the area and would love to take the practice with us. Unfortunately to far to go.
