Our first appointment at Chelsea Arcade Medical was great. Unfortunately, our second was with Dr Deka who is one of the rudest people I have ever met and I couldn't get out of there quick enough.
No wonder you can get an appointment with him at such short notice. All the other negative reviews on here about him are absolutely correct.

Mixed billing medical centre. Very happy and helpful staff. Doctors are the best I’ve seen in years. I seem to always get a appointment when required vs other medical centres that are booked out for weeks

My experience with Dr. Pranjal Deka was deeply disappointing. He was rude and abrupt, showing little regard for patient concerns. He engaged in emotional abuse and medical gaslighting, dismissing my symptoms instead of addressing them. He would ask questions but wouldn’t allow time to listen to my answers, making me feel unheard and invalidated not to mention he would ask the question and as you are answering he's reaction is "I don't care". That's probably the most accurate comment he made that he doesn't care. I feel he is happy to get payed for the appointment for easy stuff but when things get complicated he is quick to wipe his hands off and start blame shifting to other professionals which has helped me greatly in my experience. I think he needs to reflect and 3valuate how he is treating patients that are already struggling in great deal.

Instead of using the appointment time to assess my condition, he wasted it arguing, leaving me with no opportunity to fully explain my symptoms. After speaking with others, I realized I’m not alone—many have had the same experience with him. This can’t be a coincidence.

If you’re looking for a doctor who genuinely listens and provides compassionate care, I strongly recommend seeking help elsewhere. No one should have to deal with this kind of treatment from a medical professional. Other than that the clinic is great. It's a shame you have such people representing you.

He peeked my anxiety on the day but I would like to file in a incident report and official complaint as he left me leaving the practise in tears forced me to leave looking like that causing futher shame and anxiety and I can't believe a doctor would emotionally abuse his patients like that.

I get not all gps like to deal with workcover but a clear communication of that would of been better than copping abuse.

A well located surgery with plenty of parking available. I didn't have to wait too long for Dr Saeideh and found her to be very thorough,
kind and understanding, arranging several tests to achieve an outcome.

Booked a telecall to request a blood test after receiving an alert message from the practice. Ph call was more than 30 min late, could not connect with a few attempts . Eventually Less than a minute speaking to the doctor . Then Billed $72.85 .
Probably not a satisfactory experience?

Will book face to face in future as this didn’t save time or cost for me
The doctor’s help was good but the the rest was not satisfactory
