The clinic staff are always so friendly and the waiting area very calm. I also love my Dr, who always makes me feel like I am the most important patient she has.

I don't often leave negative reviews, but my recent experiences left me with a bit of a bad taste in the mouth. While my medical questions were resolved by the doctor, the admin team were friendly, and I understand that the logistics of my most recent consultation caused a bit of confusion, I strongly feel that communication and timeliness could be improved. One email from management in particular reinforced my sense that customer service in general could use a little more attention. I've been coming to this clinic since Dr. Michael Nolan's time, and I think many people may still come because of his great reputation and the clinic’s convenient location. However, it seems like customer service standards have slipped a bit. Given the costs, I think my concerns are reasonable, and happier patients lead to better business. Hopefully this can be taken on board as constructive criticism, I wish you all the best!

Had my first appointment with BMC today after reading positive reviews from the Cheltenham Community Facebook group, and came away feeling beyond satisfied with the service and care I received. As a new patient I received a phone call the day before the appointment to explain the fees, and yes - while they are a bit higher than usual, I feel that the level of professionalism, knowledge and care I was provided made it worth the extra cost. The Reception staff were friendly, Doctor Nicholls was exceptional, and they even have tea in the waiting room!

Have seen a number of doctors here for my children and myself and they’ve all been wonderful, especially Liz Zammit and Trisha Nichols. The reception staff are friendly and helpful and the nurses who we’ve seen for immunisations have been lovely too. Exactly what my family and I have needed for all our multiple health needs (pregnancy, early childhood, allergies, immunisation etc)

Went in with my 4yo son yesterday and saw Dr Srishti Dhir, she was very lovely, thorough and took time to go over our case in detail. All the nurses were lovely too, we will be making this our regular practice.

Saw Dr Kachig Malyan for skin check. He was very thorough and listened to all my concerns carefully. He also made me feel at ease with the examination. Staff in reception area were friendly and efficient.

Friendly staff who are most helpful, but my doctor R. Courtney amazing, I have been seeing her for over 30 yrs, I have experience other doctors at the same clinic - all are very good and specialise in different body issues. Bayside family Medical has great parking space a bit of a walk to the station.
