My reiki healing and reading with Katina was such a profound and beautiful experience!! Katina has such a caring and calming energy, and she truly has a unique healing gift! I could feel the energy shifting around so much during the healing. I had an almost dreamlike, out of body kind of experience, it felt like it took me some time to come back to the room!!
I’ve been feeling much more clear and focused since the healing.
The reading was also very helpful in revealing some personal truths I had been overlooking.

I've visited Katina when she has been in London. Before my sessions I was feeling stressed, anxious & suffered with stomach aches due to IBS (set off by stress). During the reiki healing, I felt emotional, very warm & a tingling sensation, particularly in my stomach area. Straight after, I felt quite drained & slept really well that evening. The days after, I felt alot more calm which helped with my IBS.

I recently attended a retreat in Mykonos with Katina. I was needing to be in a sacred space and feel heeling energy, which is exactly what I experienced with Katina. I find her presence and energy to be uplifting and nurturing. The retreat was in the most beautiful location
with breathtaking scenery. The views during our morning yoga sessions were to die for, this added to the magic of it all. I especially loved the sound healing, I felt like I was getting a hug from the inside. We visited ancient monasteries and the birthplace of Apollo on the island of Delos. Had the most amazing week, thought provoking conversations, beautiful beaches, amazing company astrology readings, sun gazing at sunrise and sunset. Oh did I mention the food 😍I felt so blessed to be a part of it, I was where I needed to be. After the retreat I did feel quite an incredible and empowering shift inside, I returned home with a new found sense of confidence and hope. I have since completed reiki 1 with Katina and plan on doing reiki 2 and possibly masters. Thankyou Katina for allowing me to be a part of this retreat, your natural compassion for others and your beautiful friendly nature made it an even more magical experience. I will definitely be back 🙏🏽💓
