In addition to my last review on Nightingale Home Care recently, one day last week, my wife, who was at work, sent a text to my son at home requesting him to peg out the washed clothes still in the washing machine. Guess what? My son replied back saying the clothes were already pegged out. Only one person could have done this. My father in law's carer from Nightingale. This kind of extra help will never be expected but Nightingale Home Care in Geelong is living up to its name. Consider them to care for aging loved ones. Thank you.

Keep up the good work, Nightingale.
Ben assists my 94yo father in law, John, at our home in St. Albans Park, Geelong. He helps John to shower, dry, and get dressed, as he is frail and falls a lot. My wife was amazed to see the dishwasher emptied after it's cycle, and was asking everyone who had done it, as everyone was out working for the day. She even called my son's girlfriend to see if she made a surprise visit and had done it. No, John confirmed it was Ben. This effort was from the heart, and it was, most definitely noticed. My wife works exceptionally hard to ensure the happy household of six people (five that work), and this kind thought made a difference to her day. In our life, external care matters and to see that care go the extra step is refreshing to see. Not that we expect it every day. Just know, it's recognised and we thank you. Please ensure that Emma Alexander gets this message.

Since moving across to Nightingale Home Care for my daughter's care requirements, everything has felt easy. The support workers are all incredibly competent, capable and delightful. The team communicate effectively and ensure that all required shifts are covered which seems like a minimum requirement that was consistently not met with another care provider we used in the past. I would highly recommend discussing your requirements with the team at Nightingale if you value a high level of care provided by both the support workers and admin staff.

We have total confidence in recommending Bethany and her team - who are exceptional people - for what ever care or service might be needed. We used Nightingale for 24/7 care of our severely disabled - both mentally and phyically - brother, and can not rate their care of him high enough. I would recommend Nightingale Home Care to everyone looking for the very best care for themselves or their loved ones. Bethany and her team always come to the rescue and every time you are in a hard situation Thay will go above and beyond to provide carers for you even at short notice. Nightingale has the nicest team of carers i have had the opportunity to meet most of them and all have been excellent at their job and make you feel like more than just a client. You can tell that Bethany really cares about you and this line of work with how her and team conduct themselves. so, my last words are i have had lots of in-home care and this company and their carers are the very best.
