I went to Forefront in need of some help with an upcoming 40km walk as I was feeling quite weak in certain areas. Steve was extremely helpful and professional and with only 4 sessions and a physio plan we achieved the results I required! Couldn’t speak highly enough of James!! He has worked with me during my recovery from a running injury. He was very thorough, and very supportive throughout the treatment. James the physio! Absolute legend! Came to the clinic with an emergency for vertigo, he & the forefront physio clinic were so friendly and helpful. Happy to say the vertigo is now resolved & feeling tip top.

Couple months ago I fell on a run and hurt my ankle pretty badly. I booked in at Forefront Physio and saw James. James has helped me recover (and get back to running again!) with his intimate knowledge and planning. Not to mention he is such a pleasure to see every time! Couldn’t recommend James and the team there enough.

I highly recommend Forefront Physiotherapy Geelong. I was treated by James, who is an exceptionally skilful Physiotherapist. He developed a finely tuned approach to my treatment and gave me exercises easily adapted for at home and the gym. More importantly because he has such excellent listening skills, he developed exercises that I will continue to stick to. He was very patient and put me greatly at ease.
I was treated at Yarra Street Geelong and found parking very easy. The on site gym is a very good asset as James was able to clearly show me exercises for home and the gym.
I think if you have an acute or chronic problem, or just have an irritating twinge, life will improve with such a good physiotherapist as James.
