My counsellor at the time was Amelia - I had her from March to September 2020. (She's in a different role now, not sure if it's counselling still). I felt at ease even though it was over Zoom. She implemented a lot of strategies and exercises which i loved. Not big on role-playing for situations, but it was good so i know how to react in real-life scenarios. Really happy with the service and the referral service. Remember though you can be on a waiting list, i did have to wait 5 months, but having Amelia to lean on and learn with made up for all that time 🙂

They don't help with any of the issues which you present too them and when they were inducting me they got all my information wrong
