Incredibly disappointed. I was hoping to get botox for chronic migraines. I was given a script to collect the medication. The cost was never discussed with me during my initial consultation. I took the day off work to have my botox appointment. When I went to collect the medication, they told me it wasn't covered by pbs and would cost $600 for one dose. I cannot afford it. I'm now out of pocket financially with no pain relief. Feeling exhausted and frustrated. I would not recommend this service unfortunately.

I was feeling uneasy about going to my appointment as I had tried everything else for my injury. Michael made me feel comfortable and listened to my concerns; and explained a lot of what I was unsure about; the office staff were also lovely; I couldn’t have asked for a nicer experience and I look forward to working with the team.

I have been seeing Dr McCoy for 2 years and a number of procedures, he and the whole team having nothing but understanding and supportive of me. I have recently completed the 6 week pain management course, it was well worth doing it, even the times I could not travel it was very well delivered over Zoom.

Prof Vagg has to date not followed up with health professionals as he indicated would occur - had this occurred, maybe I'd think he earned his exorbitant initial consultation fee ... I'd planned to cease being a patient when he suggested a $1/capsule from a compounding pharmacy; at first, it was suggested treatment would be about 14 weeks - then, 'perhaps a year' ... I guess it's worth a try. A rather expensive exercise, whether or not successful, remains to be seen

Prof Vagg seems to have little awareness of the difficulties experienced by wheelchair users when navigating community venues and accessible public bathroom facilities - or perhaps I have yet to hone skills (began 2021)

I have seen Dr.McCoy a few times now and no matter what everytime I have seen him he has been totally exceptional in his profession & helps you in every way possible out of all the pain specialists that I have seen and I've seen a lot he has been the best by far & he blows the rest way out of the water. Professional ..clean..receptionist very helpful..physiotherapist extremely welcoming and happy..only small grevience is that handrail for disabled is in the wrong place .making it very difficult to pull yourself up ..otherwise all good
