I organised for a carer to take me to your business and I had checked with your website to make sure that you would be open but when we got there everything was locked up. I had to pay a lot of money for the carer and I was very upset that you couldn’t even bother to put a note on the website saying that you would be closed. It’s not easy being disabled and the inconvenient fact that I made the trip in to get fitted for the new walker. Bitterly disappointed.

Had to get 2 people to hire a shower chair! The drama! Then my old Dad forgets a detail & tries to remember, whilst the Man in there mentions FRAUD! Great job! Calm down, you're NOT a big bank! As if my Dad is gunna do a runna at his age with all ya cameras! At least the young girl was lovely!

Exceptional customer service.They helped me to the car with everything.And even put everything into my car. Their range is excellent and prices reasonable, but it's the attitude. First the guy on the phone sounded annoyed with me because THEY'D stuffed up the order. Then when I arrived it was like I was a nuisance. They have no competition in Geelong - they desperately need it!
