I had been going to this clinic for 37 years. Moved to Melbourne for two years and on the advice of Dr Kerr I was told I needed to have a local doctor. When I returned they refused to take me back, firstly because I hadn’t been for two years then when I queried that I was told I didn’t live in the right postcode. I have lived in the same post code for 20+ years. I had always been bulk billed so I believe it was a money issue. They didn’t even ask me if I was happy to pay. Very disappointed in their attitude about how important it is to be treated like that after all this time. I would have been happy to pay if given the choice. I think money is more important than human kindness to this clinic now.

Our family have been treated by various doctors in this practice for over a decade now. The reception staff are always helpful and couteous. The doctors are professional they listen and aren't in a hurry to move you on. Pity Dr. Harris has now left to persue other dreams but he was my doctor and helped me immensley during the time he treated me.

Moved to this clinic a year a go in search of a personable doctor. Sarah Keating is fantastic.
The nursing staff have been lovely when vaccinating my bub and the reception staff are always friendly and efficient on the phone. Highly recommend
