Ruby is such a lovely practitioner. She listens to my concerns and certainly targets those areas plus more. Ruby’s remedial massage is the best. She uses dry needling when required. She is very knowledgeable and experienced. I highly recommend booking an appointment.

I have been seeing Alanna for two years now. She is truely the best massage therapist I have come across. I have disc issues and have seen many practitioners. None have come close. Alanna really does go above and beyond to help you and truly cares about helping her patients.

I had an amazing experience with Alanna! I was able to get an appointment on short notice, and she did an incredible job. She worked wonders on my back, and I left feeling completely relieved and rejuvenated. I was in so much pain previously and she fixed me in one session. It was honestly the best massage I’ve ever had. I highly recommend seeing Alanna and will definitely be seeing her ongoing.

Alanna is hands down the best remedial massage therapist I’ve been to 🙌🏼 her space is so welcoming and comfortable. She has done wonders for any issues I’ve come in with and the dry needling is something else! She is very knowledgeable and gives amazing advice. Could not recommend enough, 10 stars ⭐️
