Partner's had his bicep tendon come completely off the bone and his entire arm is blue and purple and in pain. Regular doctor didnt have appointment so given the urgency we booked here as he used to come here as a kid. Referred for an ultrasound. Went had an ultrasound and were told there its ruptured and needs surgery. Came back here to get a referral for surgery were told by ultrasounds provider if results are not there to call them and they would send it over (tried to call ahead and cnfirm but phones go unanswered). Booked online... 40 minute wait for a prebooked appointment here with Dr Kabir. Went in for 2 seconds to be told that they won't make a call to get the results sent over and won't do a certificate for work until they see the results. So now we're sitting on a pretty serious injury when we could've had the surgery consult organised and got the ball rolling. Can't provide a certificate work as they refused to do one. You would think you could get one of the reception staff to call while we continued waiting outside but nope.

Called his usual doctor and they called and had the results sent over straight plus booked him in for a phone appointment to get it sorted today as the surgery is time sensitive.

Not sure where custom service went in this profession. I guess when people are unwell they will wait and accept crap treatment becauae theyre desparate. If I went to something as basic as a hairdresser and waited this long or they half arsed the appointment this bad I would walk out. Never coming back here and will be telling family to find elsewhere too. Do yourself a favour and do the same. Ps. If you look at the rest of the reviews you will see it's not a once off.

Have been using this clinic for 15 years. Never again! Dr Mohd Kabir has no sense of humility and understanding of how people feel. Just rush you in and out as if you’re looking to tick a box. Absolute disgraceful mannerisms.

Came in today for assistance for a prescription for severe areophobia flying the next day, Dr Kabir told me to go see my regular doctor when he himself was my GP, he then told me he wasn’t “licensed” to prescribe me with anything that can help and then proceeded to criticise for living it last minute. The appointment that took 30 seconds after waiting an hour was to go see another doctor, when I inquired about getting another doctors help at the same clinic he said he wasn’t in charge for the day and no one will help me as it’s a Saturday and they don’t want to work.

I had a bad experience where the doctor decided not to work on a Saturday and did not bother to send me notification so that I would be informed. I found out because I always call day before just to make sure appointment is still happening as this is not the first time their incompetence has made me waste time, money and energy driving there to find out my appointment is cancelled and having to rebook for another day. The front desk lady today was rude and did not even acknowledge, let alone apologise for this and was asked if I would be happy to rebook with another doctor, well no I won't be! People reschedule their life around these things and if this was life and death would YOU be happy with this? So she did what they usually do, quickly rebook me for next appointment with a doctor I'm not comfortable with at a different time slot and hangs up on me. I hope this feedback reaches many out there so they can find another practice that doesn't disrespect them.

I have never had issues with any dr here however i just came in to see dr mohd kabir and he was extremely rude. you DO NOT TREAT YOUR PATIENTS THE WAY HE TREATED ME. I walked out and told him you do not need to be rude. Like i have said i havent had issues with other doctors there, just this 1. He refused to help me at all, told me he couldn't help and to see another dr

And after reading all these other bad reviews about him I'm surprised he still works there let alone working as a dr

She has always been amazing with my children. She listens, is thorough and explains things in a way you can understand. She's been a great doctor over the years ❤️

I went to see Dr Jamilla aayobi today for scripts she asked to check my weight to which I politely asked her not to tell me as I'm very self conscious about my weight and it gets me really depressed. After I was weighed she then disrespected my wish not to be told and told me anyway. I asked her a question to which she said rudely replied if you don't like the answer go somewhere else. After I left the clinic I couldn't stop crying i was very very depressed to the point it almost tipped me over the edge,As I suffer severe depression.I am never coming back to this clinic now I feel very disrespected and violated.

Dr Sunimal Ranasingha Kotte Muhandiramalage is the best GP I’ve ever had. He genuinely cares, and always takes his time to make sure you leave feeling listened to and cared for. Sometimes you do have to wait, but that’s a small price to pay for a doctor who goes above and beyond every appointment.
