I couldn’t have asked for a better initial engagement from the receptionist at head office Alex. First stages of reaching out is the most crucial when someone is vulnerable and in a complex situation. Alex Tone of voice, patience really helped me trust the processes and the most important created a safe space on my two separate phone calls. Alex directed me to the right resources. Not very often, sadly receptionist appraised for their complex positions in the line of work of community services. I hope this finds you well Alex and this can be a Genuine reminder on the impact you have had on me .
