I recently visited Next Medical Clinic near the Prahran train station, and my experience was excellent.

The clinic is easily accessible, just a short walk from the train station, making it a great choice for commuters.

The waiting room is modern and comfortable, creating a calming atmosphere. It’s well-organized, with plenty of seating and reading materials, making the wait pleasant.

The staff were friendly and efficient. The reception team greeted me warmly and handled check-in smoothly, ensuring a quick process.

I consulted with Dr Hadler who was attentive and took the time to address all my concerns. Their compassionate approach made me feel valued and well cared for.

This is THE best GPs office I've ever attended. The doctors are all so kind and attentive. It's clear that each practicioner genuinely cares for the outcome and your health as a whole - not just fixing the issue, taking your money, and getting you out of there. All the reception staff are wonderful and do everything they can to accommodate and assist. Next Practice truly is an outstanding Medical Facility and I recommend it to everyone I meet in the area. I've Dr. Marcus, Dr. Kieran, Dr. Lauren, and Dr. Sol for various things and have always had a good experience with each of them.

Dr. Nick takes a lot of time to talk through different health effects but he also spends a lot of time helping me find the most cost effective solution for my problems since I am on Oversees health cover. I was staying at a nearby accommodation and I needed a doctor to check my ear. I found this practice, made an appointment and had a really competent doctor (Dr Titheridge) examine me. He totally reassured me and gave me some very good advice.
Excellent premises too, and kind and competent receptionists. Would totally recommend.
