It is rare to encounter a professional with such extensive knowledge who is willing to go beyond standard. The unique combination of medications he prescribed has proven to be incredibly effective, yielding outstanding results. We have been loyal patients since his time at the Clayton office, and we greatly appreciate his dedication and expertise.

A new patient visit today. Very friendly and courteous reception staff. Even though I mixed use my appointment time the Doctor was accommodating and delayed a private task so that I could be scene. He provided excellent care and attention. I would highly recommend this practice.

As a new patient and visitor to the state I was blindsided when Google maps took me to a medical centre at Aspendale Gardens shopping centre, but a good 5mins drive from where I was meant to be for an 8.50 appointment. As I was travelling in a motorhome with a dog, I had arrived just a couple of minutes before my appointment time, so that the pup would not be alone in the van for longer than necessary.
Obviously, by the time I arrived at the correct medical centre I was a good 10mins late and feared I'd missed my timeslot.
The receptionist was delightful and Dr Miao was polite and respectful. Following my vaccination he supported my need to wait the required 10mins in my van with my pup rather than in the waiting room, incase of an adverse reaction.
I had a very supportive 'no dramas' experience at Aspendale Gardens Medical Centre. I won't hesitate to return again, if necessary, when visiting family in this area.

Full disclosure, I do not regularly participate with reviews especially when requested however, on this occasion I'm more than happy to. I have never encountered such an efficient and friendly medical practice. Dr Bourke was attentive, observant and practiced active listening. His bed side manner was excellent and it's clearly evident he actually enjoys his vocation. The reception staff are great, super friendly and helpful. I'm not a frequent flyer so it will be long periods between check ups (that's the hope anyway) but I look forward to returning. Great job Aspendale Gardens Medical Centre and sincerely, thank you.
