I’ve been cared for Dr. Naomi Bronzite for several years now and would not change her for anyone. She’s caring, professional and goes beyond her practitioner role. I absolutely love her. The reception team from Inkerman Medical Group is also amazing. They are super helpful and friendly. I have continued as a patient even after moving far away and am happy to drive sometimes over an hour for an in person appointment. The high quality service they offer makes it all worth it. Thank u very much for the amazing work you do.

I have been attending the clinic for many years. When I see my GP, I am treated with kindness, respect, and professionalism. My doctor goes to great lengths to ensure that my queries are answered. The Clinic provides ancillary services. The reception staff are courteous and helpful

Inkerman Medical Group from the welcoming and efficient staff to the nurses and most importantly my Doctor is truly an outstanding holistic medical practice. Dr Steven Szental whom I'm very fortunate to be his patient ensures a detailed approach to all parts of my physical and mental care. He is their when I need him and always a smile on his face. I recently attended your clinic as I had the flu and was seen by Dr. Sangeeta Nagpal. My initial visit cost $100, which I accepted without issue.

Following this, I was asked to undergo routine blood tests. After testing, I received a message instructing me to book a non-urgent appointment to discuss the results.

When I took the call, I was told that my results were normal and that I should test again in two months. The phone call lasted a total of three minutes.

For this, I was charged an additional $100.

Charging a full consultation fee for a three-minute phone call and printing of a pathology slip—especially when there was no urgent medical concern—is completely unacceptable. When I questioned this charge, I was told that the practice could not help me

This feels like an unfair and excessive charge, and I’m disappointed that your practice considers this an acceptable policy. Unfortunately, this experience has led me to decide not to return.
