You can tell from the front desk staff how the clinic is run and who they hire. This was some of the friendliest staff I've ever had, which I wasn't prepared for. My partner sees another doctor she loves who wasn't available but Dr J Tindall was excellent nonentheless. Very attentive, great bedside manner, explained everything and listened to my needs without just overriding my opinion (far too common). Management have done an excellent job getting this team of superstars.

I drove 50 minutes to see Nick at Newbay Clinic in Brighton, and as always, it was 100% worth it. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and genuinely listens. You can tell he truly cares about his patients and really knows his field. One of the best GPs I’ve ever seen—thank you SO MUCH for fitting me in! Highly recommend!

I was originally referred to Newbay by my sister-in-law who works in the medical field and I knew I was in safe hands as soon as I walked in for my first visit. The staff are fantastic, so warm and welcoming. I have seen Dr Marcus del Rio, Dr Nick Yang and Dr Prachi Dadheech in my time visiting Newbay and all have been super accomodating, engaging and extremely helpful with any issues I have gone to them with. I would highly recommend this clinic. They will now be my long term source of medical assistance.

Such a fantastic clinic in every way! The front-of-house team is wonderful—friendly, accommodating, and genuinely passionate about their work. You feel welcomed and well cared for from the moment you walk in. The nurse administering childhood vaccinations is incredibly kind, creating a calm and reassuring experience for both parents and children.

Our doctor, Dr. Julie Tindall, is truly exceptional. I initially saw her for my baby’s six-week check-up and vaccinations simply because she was the earliest available doctor, but within a week, I had moved my entire family under her care. She has a warm, kind, and compassionate nature that instantly puts you at ease. She is fantastic with children, patient, and gentle, always taking the time to ensure they feel safe and comfortable.

Beyond that, she is an incredibly thorough and attentive doctor. She listens without judgment, takes the time to understand concerns, and provides thoughtful, well-explained advice. She made me feel completely comfortable discussing my own health issues—something that isn’t always easy—and I never feel rushed or dismissed. Her holistic and compassionate approach to care has been a breath of fresh air, and I trust her completely with my family’s health.

This clinic is a beautiful practice, staffed with genuinely kind and dedicated professionals. I couldn’t recommend it more highly!

The practice is open and friendly, the staff is very lovely!
Dr Del Rio is a very good listener, empathetic, excellent in science and evidence based medicine!
I never felt so understood.
You can feel that he is really interested in supporting you and guide you regarding your health issues!

Finally....finally, a GP who listens, to the whole long story, and who gets the diagnosis right.
