Horrible, manipulative, greedy man who has zero integrity and ethics. All treatments I got at this place, the man duped me by asking for me to do more sessions. Zero respect I have for this place and will sincerely advise everyone to stay away from this place. Interestingly enough he uses his manipulation on Google reviews too. You see if it’s a negative review, he has a way to get out of it by saying “blah blah blah I don’t know you or recognise you as my customer”. Of course he will do that. Next thing if you will notice is that all positive five star reviews are fake to keep up his rating high. Beware folks unless you wanna regret being gullible and lose your money and mind and get upset.

I have been coming to Instant Laser Clinic for almost 10 years and it is without a doubt the best skincare clinic in Melbourne. I initially had the wonderful Liz who was extremely knowledgeable and thorough with my skin treatments. She would go the extra mile and treat me with complimentary masks, etc so I always felt like a VIP. Sadly she has left the clinic, but now I have the AMAZING Allira. She is very knowledgeable, thorough and is a wonderful kind person so I always enjoy my treatments with her. Thank you so much xxx

I attended Instant Laser Clinic to have NightLase laser treatment to help me with my snoring. I found Matthew to be very personable, friendly and professional and all staff were absolutely lovely. I have just had my 2nd treatment of the anti-ageing tixel bundle.
I am blown away by the results so far.
My skin looks more fresh, pigmentation has been eliminated, dark circles gone, pores are smaller, fine lines gone, saggy skin tightened around my face and neck and an over all fresh, clear face. I feel like it has taken 5 years off my appearance.
Mathew is lovely and really has the client's interest at heart.
Staff are caring, friendly and attentive.
Cannot wait to see the end result.

Don’t get the throat laser treatment, I spent 6 sessions at $600 dollars each to find out that it didn’t work. Save your money! $3600 down the drain 😢 I rang to for a top up which I was under the impression they were going to give me a session for no cost because of how much I already spent on it and they still tried to charge me. Very disappointed
