We have had many instances where staff dont know what is happening with mum. We were even told to come from Frankston to take mum's hearing aids to werribee. How ridiculous. Compared to Estia health, I would never consider putting family in this facility again. Mum had a fall and we weren't advised till 3 weeks later. This place really needs to implement a better service and teach the staff some people skulls

We are very happy with Calvary Trugo. The care is excellent and the hygiene very good. There are some lovely residents there including ours. We are exceptionally happy. The communication is also excellent. Thankyou Calvary Trugo.

Sounds like they gave you misleading info. They called you in, then changed the deal on you once you got there? What exactly did they say about the shift before you came in, and how long did they expect you to stay once you showed up?I am agency staff.i picked this shift one day before. Our family is so happy with Trugo Place. Yes it’s a wonderful beautiful new premises but it is the quality of care we love. The staff are friendly and very dedicated, and we love that there is always lots of activities for residents to participate in. We are comforted knowing our mum is being well cared for and knowing our mum is really happy there.
