Saw nurse Katrina as a follow up for my chronic disease care plan.
Katrina is thorough, pleasant to talk with and really skilled with administering an injection. 😁
After I then saw Dr. Leon Toh, which for me is always a pleasure. Leon is a very important part of my medical team, easy to talk to and has an expert professional approach.

Booked on line to see a doctor. Indicated I had a dressing that needed to be removed and the wound checked for any infection .. Dr asked why I was there, so clearly no indication they had read my booking information, and he then said I I would have to wait for a nurse to check the dressing.and replace ( with a dressing I had supplied). His comments effectively were it is a severe wound but not infected so come back in to have a new dressing applied next week.As a pensioner I was charged $70 for this appointment. I will not return

After seeing Dr. Bree Dare at the Spotswood clinic, I was extremely pleased with her attentive care, thoughtful questions, and nurturing approach. I’ve definitely found my lifelong GP after many years with Dr. Effie. Now, I won’t feel as anxious about visiting the doctor when needed.

the receptionist was extremely rude on the phone, was laughing and speaking to other people whilst on the phone. there was no eagerness to help me with my issue and i was told that "at the end of the day this is how it is and its not changing"

I have received the very best of care from Dr. Emma Law at this clinic. She is highly professional and accomplished, as well as being very compassionate and an excellent listener. This is backed up by the nurse who spent a good amount hearing my concerns and following my progress. I am always treated with respect and kindness which is essential to the well being of all people.
