My son has seen 2 of the paediatricians here now, and both have been extremely positive experiences. The doctors are very experienced, patient and professional. With our most precious angels, it's hard to relax and trust anyone, but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this clinic.. (just wish they would stop not answering their phones before 4.45pm😋)
And regarding waiting times.. if I find a doctor who is on time, I never go again.. Because that means they are racing you through watching their time, not actual interest in your problems! So sit and wait , knowing that when you are seen, your problems will be given the attention they deserve also

Got spoken to so horribly when trying to understand why they did things a certain way. Made to feel like I was an inconvenience to them. Got laughed at when asking for help in tears. Spoke to manager who sided with paediatrician and told me “ i interpreted it wrong”

There just money hungry. Told me they could t write me script’s with repeats because it was illegal but got the scripts from old paediatrician fine.

What scripts they did give me were either the wrong mg or the wrong medication. Thank god I was actually paying attention because clearly they did not with my sons history.

Would never recommend this place to anyone. They only want your money and don’t care about your child’s health.

Had a very positive experience. We were called in right on our appointment time. Very happy with the Pediatrician that we had, took her time to listen to our concerns and she discussed in detail all different options we had.

I can't recommend them enough. I travel 90 minutes to Paediatrics Ballarat for allergy appointments because they are efficient and have amazing bedside manners with kids.

Worth the wait even if the appointments are later

If your a single parent don’t bother if you have 100 percent custody your child, they are more interested and worried about the parents then treating the patient/child.
