Attended Dorevich with my 4yo son after our appointments with the doctor. Waited 25 minutes. Called in to the room and was told I had to make my 4yo son sit on the floor. I informed them that he had special needs and he will not sit on the floor, he needs to be close to me. I am also not going to make him sit on the floor or a medical facility. There were 2 staff present at the time, I believe one was in training. One could have helped entertain him while the other took blood. It is incredibly disappointing in this day and age to be met with such rudeness and have my son treated that way. I left telling them I will find somewhere that is more inclusive for both of us.

This is also not the first time I have encountered rude staff at this particular dorevich.

Did a blood test and had to follow up them for more than a month and still haven’t sent the results to my Doctor. I had to get my blood test done for the second time from a different place later. Waste of time.

Very friendly and had no problems at all when they are there.

Sadly Saturdays arr not always reliable as they may or may not turn up. Thankfully the ladies in the medical centre are there and are helpful. I feel sorry for the abuse the must get when it's not their fault.

There are reviews saying they closed for lunch when they arrived wait before lunch? Maybe I've never had that issues as I'm not so inconsiderate to turn up just before lunchtime and not thinking that there may also be other patients.

Keep up the good work team at Dorevitch.

As this is one of the only pathology places open after 12.30 today and the other one that closed at 1 decided to leave early we were stuck trying this place.

The sign says lunch break starts at 1pm luckily we got there 12. 55. 5 mins is enough for a quick blood draw.

Unfortunately the nurse on duty had decided to start her lunch break early.

I pressed the bell and she came out with a coffee already in hand saying she's going to lunch now. But it had seemed she had already started a while ago.
I then realised there were at least 2 people who were sitting with the number tags, looked to have been waiting a while.

Unsure why she was just leaving early.

Also the whole set up for pathology was kind of cramped and overall not comfortable. Wouldn't reccomend to anybody.

Waited well over 1hr for a PCR test.
Was told they didn't have a compliment room to do the test, so I would have to be in and out.
Also felt like I was spoken down too.
Will not be using this collection center again.

Had a really bad experience in this centre. I booked my blood test for OGT 1 week ago. I was fasting from last 12 hours. When I gone in the centre, there was no one and I wait there for 1 hour and then when I call dorevitch lab, then they informed this centre staff is not coming. Please in future, if you booked any appointment make sure you inform to the patient also.
