I was recently diagnosed with Bells Palsy at 38 weeks pregnant and have started seeing Meredith since my birth. In the short amount of time (maybe 3 appointments) I have come very far with my recovery and getting movement back to my face. Each appointment we work at reconnecting and getting the blood flow going again for my nerve recovery, after one appointment of working on my cheeks I came away being able to lift my cheek again 100%. She unblocked my ear that was blocked for 3+ weeks from the swelling and has helped bring back movement to my lips and brows. She is extremely knowledgeable and genuinely wants to help you get better. This has been my first experience with acupuncture and it's been wonderful, thank you Meredith!

I started my treatment with Meredith before being diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis, Diverticular Disease, and Polycystic Ovary Syndrome, during a period when I was frequently hospitalized, prescribed numerous medications that only made me feel worse, which ultimately led to Clostridium Difficile Colitis. I felt defeated as nothing seemed to help, and we were no closer to finding answers.

However, within the first week of treatment at Spring Health, the results were notable: my energy levels increased, inflammation markers decreased (especially visible in my face), and I began to feel hopeful that I could heal.

Now, five months into my treatment, I've decided not to pursue the pharmaceutical route. The severity of my symptoms has greatly reduced, and I’m now more in tune with how specific foods and medications impact my body, allowing me to make more informed decisions about my health.

Dr. Merideth helped us with our 15 month old daughter who had caught whooping cough. She was suffering for over 6 weeks with no signs of improvement. She was coughing to the point of going blue and limp. It was very confronting as a parent to have such a sick child and the doctors couldn’t do anything to help her. Somehow I found Dr. Merideth on Google and booked an appointment. She called me after hours she could tell how desperate I was for help. She guided me through how to use food as medicine and what and how to feed my child so her body could heal and try to reduce the mucus. We travelled 2.5 hours to collect the herbal medicine blend she made up for us so we didn’t have to wait over the weekend to receive the mixture and the week we started giving it to our girl and implementing the foods she suggested our little girl started improving! It was such a relief to find something and someone that would help us when we needed it! She helped us through something that was so scary we felt so helpless. She really took the extra steps to make us feel cared for and supported. She followed up and kept checking in to make sure our girl was going okay through the whole process. I cannot thank or recommend Merideth enough!

Thank you Meredith! You fixed something that western doctors had no idea about. I came to Meredith with an upper arm jerk that was happening every minute or so in daily life and was happening every 5 to 10 seconds when trying to exercise. It had been ongoing for about 6 weeks by the time I came to Spring Health. I'd had all the tests and been referred to specialists, but all the tests were showing there was nothing wrong, and there was a minimum 3 month wait to see a specialist. On a whim, I contacted Meredith and she said she could help. I was quite sceptical that she'd be able to do anything, but I thought I may as well give it a go. Within 5 minutes of her starting treatment, she was able to stop the jerk for the 40 minutes I was on the table. It came back a few minutes after I got back up, but with the help of herbs, she got it down to once or twice a day within the first week. During the second week, it completely disappeared. It's now been two weeks without any jerks, and she's been able to help me with other neurological symptoms I was having like migraines / headaches. Thank you Meredith! I'm truly so incredibly grateful to you for helping my get my life back in such a short amount of time. You have no idea how much this was impacting my life and mental health, but you managed to isolate it and fix it. Hands down I absolutely recommend seeing Meredith and the team at Spring Health. Meredith was recommended to me by my Oncologist post breast cancer surgery and treatment. I was experiencing hot flushes and extreme joint pain as a reaction to the medication I am taking. Through a combination of acupuncture and herbs I have experienced a fantastic result with few hot flushes and less severe joint pain. Meredith has also provided treatment for Dystonic Tremors, having reduced the tremors to almost nonexistent. I am feeling much more relaxed with more energy. Thanks to Meredith I feel "human" again.
