I was hung up on by a nasty receptionist, who had no idea what she was doing, apparently she didn't like my tone when questioning the exorbitant fees. That's ok, all you've done is given a clear indictor of the level of help one will not get from the personnel at this facility. a blessing really.

I have been seeing Kyle for a year. He has been fantastic and helped me so much! Everyone that I’ve interacted with at this practice has been so kind and supportive. I highly recommend Mind Life Clinic!!

Can't reccomend. Hidden costs they bring up after a consultation and hold the results for ransom. Rude reception staff. Fiona was great but the practice is a rip off will be going elsewhere.

I called up the clinic this morning to get in touch with my old Psychologist back in 2018, and the receptionist by the name of Chelsea stated that there was never someone by that name that had ever worked there. I stated that I was reviewing a document and her name was stated on the document so she did in fact work there. Chelsea then cut me off and said she wasn't sure. She then looked up my details and noted that in fact there was a previous psychologist by that name. I asked if she had her details, and bluntly she said no. I asked if she knew anyway I could get in touch with her and again she blatantly said no. I asked if there was anyone else I could speak to and she said no, and to contact via email.Very disappointing service for a mental health clinic

Absolutely appalling and discriminatory practices. Clearly do not care about supporting neurodiverse families and can not even communicate effectively around acquiring mental health plans.
