I've been going to Eureka now for a couple of years. The doctor Dr. Evans is great ,easy to speak listens to what I am going though with health problems then looks into the problem and possible solutions, treats me with humanity and respect. ( Very different from my past Doctor).
The Nurse that take care of my health plans is very caring and helpful. All other departments X-ray, pathology, Allied Health are okay.
The only complaint I have ,which is the reason for 4 star and not 5 review is , the same I had in my first review a couple of years ago.
The Seating in the waiting areas are only good for people who have no physical problems. However for the Elderly and for people with physical back problems etc. such as myself find the seating unsuitable. We need higher seats that do not slouch and have arm rests to pull ourselves up into standing position after sitting for a period of time.
I am not the only one that struggles in those seats. I have seen others struggling too.
Could you add some suitable chairs in your waiting room for the elderly and for people with disabilities.
Please.

I am writing this on behalf of my husband Fabio Barcaricchio who saw Dr Joe today, 10 May 2025.
My husband saw Dr Joe and found him very good. There was no waiting at the Clinic and all staff were most helpful. Will definitely go back as needed.

Really great convenient and diversely appointed clinic. Was happy to book online over the weekend. A bit of a long wait but the doctor was excellent and very through so it was worth it.

Absolutely awful experience with Dr Sidra Imtiaz. Rude, rushed, and no bedside manner at all, rolled her eyes at one point at me, I took my young daughter who has been unwell for 5 days, I was concerned, worn out and really needing some support. As a registered health professional myself I was absolutely disgusted at how she treated me and my 9yr old daughter. This is not my usual GP practice and I booked an emergency appointment as my own GP had none available. It makes sense why this particular GP had open slots all day with her extremely bad manners . It’s disappointing because it reflects badly on the practice as a whole, whom I’m sure have other wonderful GPs. I left I believe with a poor assessment of need and an even poorer experience of help.

The doctor is good, the place is great.
The reception staff can be rude and you will need to give your address and phone number for everybody to hear when you check in for an appointment, even though you were there a month ago.
Reception is way too busy too. Nobody gets checked in quickly, especially when they want your Medicare card that's already on file and for you to say all of your contact details each time.
"Nothing has changed" is not an acceptable answer.

I booked a first appointment for a young person. Dr Lopez was friendly, methodical, diligent and a fantastic a communicator.
The practice is clean and there is ample seating.
The reason that I'm giving four stars, is because reception staff are quite rude and unwelcoming.

I have been a regular patient at Eureka Medical Centre for over 10 years now.

My lastest/current physician is Dr. Lia Lopez.

Dr. Lia is an extremely compassionate & empathetic Doctor with a vast knowledge of all areas of medicine.

I have seen Dr. Lia a few times now and she shows genuine care for my health & well-being.

Highly Recommended / Thank You.

They can send txt messages to make you confirm your booking but, can't send a msg to say that they are running an hour late. Their time is valuable and important but, the patients, not so much. Typical of most medical practices I guess but, ive had enough! I'm not going back

Edit. Thanks for the cut and paste reply. Again showing the value you put on your customers.
