Been coming for years and they use to be such a great clinic but now they're no help, the receptionists are absolute rude and stuck up, they use to have the most loveliest caring receptionists and now it's a nightmare just having to try make an appointment. no one seems to want to help and just degrade you.

I've been coming here with my kids for almost 6 years. The doctors, nurses, and reception staff have all been fantastic and show genuine care for patient's wellbeing. Doctors take the time to explain all treatment options.

I had an appointment here in June and was told on arrival the doctor was sick. Yes, they rang to tell me (20 minutes before), but I was already on my way. No other doctors there to see, no apology. Needed a blood test today, so gave them another try. Yes, mucked up again!. Appears the nurse can’t count, why give me a number when you don’t see patients in numerical order. Again, no apology. Disappointing, won’t be back a third time.

The staff were lovely, except for the pathology nurse😡 Not impressed, when I asked her to use a "butterfly clasp" because I bruise easily and had to go to work, she told me " I'll be the decider of that". After I told her I've been told by Drs and other pathology nurses to just ask for that to be used, she still wanted to argue. It took me getting angry and reiterating about butterfly clasp use and telling her that obviously she was the one not willing to use it, did she finally use the butterfly clasp! So the clinic lost 2 stars due to this "nurse"!

Fantastic medical practise, Dr Matthew Pilkington is excellent. They offer bulk billing for children, which is fantastic. Reception staff are lovely and Dr Pilkington always runs on time.
