A wonderful place, such a calming and welcoming environment for parents and kids.
I started off with the prenatal yoga with Jen and am continuing with the postnatal classes. A great way to keep moving, relax and meet other mums too.

I've also had physio treatments here, massages with Eliza and a pre-parenting counselling session with Louise. Seeing the cute alpacas is a highlight of my visits! 🙂

I had a pregnancy massage with Eliza and it was amazing. Eliza was lovely and a great masseuse. So relaxing - I will definitely be back.
