It's been a while since Ive had an appointment with Shelley but even though I havent spoken to her for almost a year now - the strategies she provided me with have been extremely helpful. I move around alot and she's the 5th therapist Ive seen and one of the best! She's kind, funny and listened well - remembering details from other sessions and actually taking the time to explore my perspective to actually help me change it to manage my depression and anxiety better.
