Reception staff are very friendly. Gail is always so welcoming and smiling, great at her job and always fantastic to talk to, very helpful and a great personality. Sonia is lovely and always very friendly to interact with. Both Sonia and Gail are very knowledgeable and know their jobs very well. Dr Naaz is the most wonderful doctor to interact with, she truly listens and does everything in her power to help you. Such a fantastic clinic all around. I recommend all my friends and family to this clinic.

The staff are very friendly and DR Naaz is fantastic. I would recommend this practice to anyone. I don’t why there are 1 star reviews been going here for years and can’t fault them. Also very easy to book online for an appointment.

I would like to see my doctor, but unfortunately as instructed numerous occasions I have tried to book online, but this option does not work on q1 end and is false information. I have relayed this information to q1on occasions but nothing has been fixed. I have rung 3 times this morning only to be hung up on by AI. They have changed there message requesting not to be aggressive or abusive. If you fix all the problems and make your system works efficiently maybe there will be less abuse. I now have to drive from regional Victoria into Ballarat to try and get an appointment.

Dr Sloan is fantastic. Cannot fault her. The receptionist is lovely. The nurse - lovely and kind. One of the other doctors was great with my son, but when i saw them privately, the doctor was rude, and abrasive with me at the start, and assumed I knew exactly what had been written on my files. She did not share the information with me until after she had had a go at me, which i found unprofessional. I felt attacked and unheard. Respect goes both ways. I will be choosing a different doctor until Dr Sloan is back on deck.

Very easy to book in with pleasant admin staff. Appointment was on time and Dr Amar was informative and helpful for my Son's consultation. Payment and Medicare refund processed on the spot. I would highly recommend this practice.

Attended today to see a Dr , at no point did either receptionist or the Dr mention an out of pocket charge.
Get a phone call 30 minutes afer leaving asking to return to pay a $60 fee for my 5 minute consult.
I would not recommend this practice to anyone.

Went in on a Sunday with my daughter who was ill, the receptionist was friendly and booked us in straight away, the doctor was professional and knowledgeable with our issue and spent the time with us to resolve any problems. Highly recommend this clinic. Thanks.
