Had a Telehealth appointment booked for 4.50 with Dr. Lakmal De Silva. I was sent 2 text messages and confirmed both times. I left work early (without pay) to ensure I would be home in time for the telehealth call, only to never be called and clinic closed when I tried to contact. Very unprofessional, and terrible communication.
