I have been going to Dorevitch in Victoria street for 6 years so believe I can speak from experience, first off twice weekly, weekly, fortnightly, monthly and now every three months So believe I can speak from experience.
I have always found Victoria Street to be very helpful courteous and thorough. The collectors here have great patience as I have small veins that are hard to find..
It is difficult to phone here as the collectors take phone calls in between patients so I don’t bother to ring.
In closing, I would like to thank Lois and the other collectors.

When I went I was seen within 30 seconds of walking through the door. The collector was obviously very experienced. Friendly staff. I'll definitely go back next time I need a blood test.

One hour and one patient bled. I’ve listened for 30min to a social conversation. Come on it does not take that long to bleed a patient.

They are so rude and in your face nasty. I saw this happening to other people at first and then one of them started being rude to me. I decided to leave because I didn't want either of those ladies sticking a needle in my arm. They don't like people or their jobs. Also, the facilities is dirty specifically the entrance. The front door is so grubby not a good look. I went to the Drummond Street Dorevitch. The lady there was great from the first greeting, lovely smile and friendly.
