Dr Oh is a super GP, has given me sound advice\consoltation on every visit. My partner also switched to BGP and prefers her doctor here too.

The friendliest and most helpful receptionists I have ever met, and Dr Lara Westbury is brilliant. She listened to everything I needed to say and was very easy to talk to (including telling me about the local festivals that I should go and experience!). I'm so glad that I chose BGP to register with.

I waited 25 minutes on hold, only to be firstly told by the Receptionist that I would have to pay $140 for my son to see a Dr (as a new patient)! Then I got told there were no appointments that day... .. hardly very helpful when you're new to the area and your son is quite sick. Talk about making money out of vulnerable people! Disgraceful.
