Dr Shayesteh Janghorban was very kind and helpful. She listened carefully to my problems and explained everything clearly. I felt safe and well cared for.
The receptionist was friendly and polite. They greeted me with a smile and helped me with my appointment quickly. It was easy to talk to them.
The pathologist was professional and gentle. They took my blood sample smoothly and made sure I was comfortable. I am happy with their service.

The building was very clean and the front of house staff very polite, respectful and efficient.
We were able to see a doctor within 2 days.
The Doctor my wife and I saw was very friendly and extremely professional she took care of all our needs without fuss.
The centre provides a verity of services; I am booked in for a skin check next week.
We had pathology done during the same visit once again by a very professional nurse.
Overall, a very satisfying appointment. We will continue to use this medical centre, and I have no hesitation in recommending their services.

Fast bookings. Best doctors with a lot of experience . Friendly, welcoming environment.
Every time I walked in, I came out feeling well looked after. Never had to wait over 5 minutes to see a doctor.
Highly recommended if anyone is struggling to find timely appointments and great healthcare services.

As always dealing with staff at JSN Medical is easy as they are extremely efficient and deal with anything you may require fast. Dr Patel is definitely one of the best GP's I've ever had, she is also polite, efficient and incredible knowledgeable. One negative is the absence of our national Australian flag that ALL of us in this country are included. It's good that the Aboriginal, Torres Strait and the rainbow flags are included as they should be, however all the people in Australia who are represented under those flags wouldn't even be 10%. So that suggests that +90% of Australians are less welcomed. I believe it's better for social cohesion that the ONE and only one Australian National flag is the flag represented. United we stand divided we fall. JSN Medical is a 5 star experience and I would recommend them to anyone.

I would only go to these doctors for something like a medical certificate for work. Anything else is highly contentious. Doctor told me that a medication a nurse in my care team and a pharmacist advised to get is not a medication available. It’s a very simple medication but she obviously didn’t search it correctly in her system, well, she didn’t search it at all. I would’ve been in excruciating pain if I hadn’t of gone to another doctor who quite easily knew what medication I was talking about. I was calling it panadeine, it’s called prodeine. Was told that’s not an available medication. They don’t know Australian medication. Another time, as a comparison, I went in with a “sore thumb” - the doctor pulled up pictures of “sore thumbs” on Google and showed me where my “thumb” was and where the pain was. Yeah, clearly, I know where my pain and “thumb” are. Then told me to go home, Google a “thumb specialist” and book a Telehealth appt with them later that day and they’ll give me a referral to the “thumb specialist”. lol. I’ve never seen a doctor take such neglect in supporting, guiding and helping someone get better. The place is a disgrace. The only thing good about it is the pathologist. Again, wouldn’t go here for anything more serious than a day off work.

Dr Rajni is highly recommended.
Very good listener, and gives time to explain your problems. I never felt she is in rush as some other doctors.
She explains the problem in a way that can be easily understood by a patient.
