Saturday we had the place for 3 wonderful hours. A girls weekend started with a relaxing experience. We all had a relaxing massage than we had the chance to experience new things. The salt room, an hour of peaceful floating and the I tried the vibrating thing. We all really enjoyed a wonderful day. Thank you for accomodating my 5 daughters and I, we will be back. PS I needed that hour float. Thank you.

Today I enjoyed the most amazing experience.
I was absolutely spoilt and impressed by how relaxing a massage could actually be.
I started with a salt scrub, which left my skin feeling so amazing and then this was followed up with a beautiful oil massage.
I left feeling so relaxed, I can only recommend that if you truly want a relaxing massage, and your skin feeling so soft and clean then this is definitely the place you need to visit, I can't wait to go back 😀😀

Had a relaxing zen afternoon at the Wellness Centre with massage, float, sauna and salt room wish my sister in law and daughters whilst on our week holiday to the area! We all experienced a relaxing and therapeutic time. Would recommend all the services as they each provide specific benefits but definitely wish I could come here for regular massages as we all had one of the best massages we have ever had. The centre is clean and unpretentious and appropriate instruction is provided for the sauna, float tank and salt rooms. If you have not relaxed in a while prepare your mind to turn off and just get in touch with yourself! Your health and mind deserve it! 🧘🧘‍♀️🧘
The centre also stocks quality Magnesium and Zea products and Archie’s thongs 🩴

Salt scrub & moisturising body massage
First time visiting Wellness center. Overall I found it very calming & relaxing. My skin feels like silk afterwards. Extremely highly recommended. Very well priced for the service received

Thanks Serena and Ray for an excellent first experience - from booking the appointment online to my much needed 90 minute massage. Loved the ambience of the room. Serena was skilled, professional with a lovely presence who listened attentively and respectfully to my complex health history and then skilfully worked with my many physical “wonky bits!”
I have booked another massage which is a good indicator of satisfaction and my appreciation.

I had a wonderful massage this morning with Ray. He has a relaxed, yet professional demeanour and I felt welcome upon walking in.
He has fantastic technique and I felt much looser and more relaxed when I left. Will book to see him again

I visited the Ballarat Wellness centre this week with 2 girlfriends. We each had a massage, floatation and infrared sauna. We all agreed it was a wonderful experience and we would definitely be back!
