I contacted Allison for some guidance in meditation early 2023.
I was in a pretty hard time in my life and was looking for a way to combat the daily stress I was going through.
Not only did Allison teach me meditation and breathing techniques, she gave me so many tools to deal with the daily challenges I was facing.
Having a weekly session with her was absolute highlight and I always felt so grounded and calm afterwards.
All I can say is if you’re experiencing stress or just want to get yourself mentally healthy. Give it a go.
I could not give meditation with Allison a higher recommendation. 😊

I have recently started working with Allison. The first Bown session she worked with me on my breathing and tension. I have had problems breathing for as long as I can remember, it caused panic attacks, and when I lay on my back to meditate, I could not breathe, I felt like I had a weight on my chest. That all changed in one session. I now regularly lay on my back and meditate without a problem. It has also had a definite effect on my feeling of fitness. I no longer struggle to catch my breath when I exercise. But the most positive impact is that my mood has significantly improved. I feel much lighter and not so panicked all the time. My feeling of optimism has also dramatically improved.

I have been seeing Ally for years for Bowen therapy. It is truly amazing how it works, she has been able to cure pain that I lived with for years. I would recommend everyone give it a go because it's hard to put into words!
I have also attended IRest classes and have been amazed at the level of relaxation, especially for someone like me with a very active mind. IRest classes also translate well in online delivery, all the relaxation in the comfort of your own home.
10/10 would recommend!
