Rang on the 11th Nov 19 and left a message with their lab , rang on the 12th , rang twice on the 13th left a message with lab , left a message with secretary .. none got back to me .. gave a days grace.. I have today the 15th rang back twice to speak to a supervisor ... knowing the options now on phone #4 then #4 again bevause I have had to ring back so often but this time no one will answer at all .. It is a specialised field they do and there are not many around that do what I need BUT this is absolutely pathetic and disrespectful ..

They must have that much work they don't need to return calls or messages or is it because I'm not a big company with millions of dollars they don't want to deal with me

Thank you John for your reply.. it was a bit of a hassle as it held me up a week of me getting something tenanted and now behind in what was required , but saying this once I got through and spoke to a couple of you there I was helped and informed of everything and people were fantastic and thorough and precise in what was required , so it makes up for the initial introduction. I get it happens occasionally and all your 5 star rating reviews already received by happy customers confirm my contact I had with your company in the end, so I have changed my review from 1 to a 3 .
