I had an extremely painful spasm in my left shoulder and Dr Tam was amazing. He fixed it that night in one session.
I went back to see him the next week as I have a problem with my knee and after months of expensive physio and medical appointments I wanted to find out if acupuncture would work. Again, one session and although I had pain for a couple of days after it was nothing like the pain I had experienced for 5 months before seeing Dr Tam. After three days the pain was gone and I am now walking as though I have never had a problem!
Dr Tam really is impressive and he will be the first person I see for any problems in the future.

I have been going to James since February. I have fibromyalgia and several other issues and also had sciatica and plantifacia when I went to James.
I had worked very hard to get to optimum health and unfortunately had a set back a year ago which saw my health decrease, unable to walk properly, lack of energy, 20 kilo weight increase and feeling very down and helpless. The day I went to James I struggled to walk 250 metres and I had been looking at acupuncture and came across James. I was lucky enough to get in later that day and even luckier to have instant relief from some of the pain I was feeling from the siatica. The next day I was able to lift my legs properly and walk around a lake that is about 3km.
It is a work in progress but James has helped tremendously not only physically but getting some relief gave me the motivation to continue. Thanks James

I was really excited to have a well rated Chinese medicine clinic so close to home.

On my second visit here the practitioner essentially told me that if I couldn't take the herbs correctly that I shouldn't come in for any treatments at all. I had actually attempted to take them correctly but had misunderstood and hadn't read the bottle, which I explained. He chastised me for not reading the bottle and couldn't fathom that I hadn't been able to finish the bottle in the week. I'm dealing with a lot in my life at the moment and to be turned away and treated as if I didn't want to help myself was incredibly frustrating and disappointing.
