Has been excellent, with extensive medical background. Since i have been seeing Josh i have come a long way in recovery in a short period. By see the Exercise Physiotherapist often i have improved not just in recovery by physical heath and well-being. The team at Pace health management have been supportive and understanding of circumstances and have been wonderful to work with the last 8 months.

As I age it is important to me that I can keep doing things I enjoy.
(walking,cycling, swimming...) It is not always easy to keep fully active... muscle strength wanes, balance gets wobbly, confidence can also take a hit.
Thanks to Josh, at Pace I have been turning back the clock. No, I am not exaggerating. His expertise in body physiology and exercise, ability to listen to what I want to achieve along with what I think my restrictions are/might be, means he has put together an exercise and movement program specifically targeted to my body needs. With regular reviews, Josh fine tunes my program to progress outcomes according development and/or changes to my
body's needs. Thank you Josh. Everyone should be lucky enough to have access to a Health Practitioner such as you to facilitate the best life our body can enjoy.
