Been seeing Dr Ali Hasan for over 15 years, a good doctor who has been at this clinic for a long time. Staff are nice and yes, there are some times when Dr Ali is behind but that’s because he is with a patient.

Rude reception staff and rarely get seen at the time I’ve booked the appointment for. Why bother with appointments? May as well just make it a walk in clinic. Tried to transfer my history away from this clinic to my new one, only to be told I need to pay a fee for them to release my full medical history. Honestly!

How easy would it be for reception to advise you on arrival that your doctor was running behind and how many are ahead of you? It places unnecessary stress on patients in not knowing a) how long you have to wait, and b) worrying about the parking meter expiring while you wait…wait..wait.
A scheduled appointment for 1.40 and perhaps not being seen close to 3pm meant I had to decide if I would feed the meter a second time or abandon the appointment. My eighty year old legs said “no!” and I abandoned my appointment.

Dr. Ting is the most amazing, caring doctor I've seen. He's very patient, which helps a LOT as he's helped me through a ton of mental heath issues and kidney problems.
Reception are also very very kind. I came in extremely upset after a mental health trigger, and one lovely lady came over to ask if I was ok and comforted me until Dr Ting was ready.
Thank you for looking after me these near 10 years, Dr. Ting, and this clinic since I was a child.

Cannot fault the doctors at this stage though my experience continues to be pretty poor with the reception staff.

Continuously turned away from seeing a doctor and pushed off to other days for appointments even after arriving at 7am to see a doctor. Left this morning with the waiting room having 2 other people sitting within, being told that tomorrow will be busy early so come ready to wait.

Frustrating as it seems potential patients need to plan being unwell into the reception teams calendar to actually be able to see a doctor.

Don’t take new patients and don’t take walk ins, even thought it’s blasted all over there website. Receptionist is rude hang up on me rang back and said news flash we haven’t taken new patients in 3 years. Worst service

Won't take walk ups. Won't take new patients unless it's been in the last 2 years. They dont want customers. False advertising they take walkups Google. Do some fact checking.
