I had such a bad experience this afternoon. I wanted to get the flu shot done for my work. and I went online, this medical center was giving the first available time which was also aligning with my lunch break at work. I quickly booked it online, went there in no time. they said they do not have flu shot. the receptionist called the doctor and checked in with him. She clearly tells him that I am here for flu shot only, NOTHING ELSE. He said he still want to see me... ''to make some money'' for std consulation. they charged me the consultation fee of $100 and as soon as I went in. The so called dr said they do not have flu shots available.!! whyyyy the helll then you giving the options to book online? why the hell you charged me for nothing gave me the prescription....... which was least required. Complete BULLSHIT!! DR PRAVEEN ATHOTA. He just there to make money out of everywhere. literally they could have just let me go.. if you do not have the shots available.

I have been visiting this place for 3 years now since 2022 and this clinic never ceases to astound me. From their friendly reception to Dr. Praveen's expertise, each transaction proceeds seamlessly.

They do bulk billing which is really helpful. Parking is not an issue since the clinic is conveniently situated next to a multilevel carpark in the heart of the city. The cost of each service is clearly shown at the front, and the receptionists are more than happy to answer any questions you may have and will guide you through the process. Their online booking was quick and easy to navigate where the prices of each service is also reflected.

I will keep scheduling my GP visits here, and I warmly suggest this facility to anyone looking for a straightforward consultation.

My wife and I have been coming to this practice now for a few years and Dr Praveen and his team have consistently been fantastic. They are very through and caring. All procedures we have needed have been performed comfortably and successfully. The online booking system is very good too.

I made an appointment at Gheringhap Medical Centre specifically to have a mole removed and ensured that it was booked as a long appointment. I completed and sent all the necessary paperwork well in advance, including the very lengthy introductory forms. However, just 30 minutes before my scheduled appointment, I received a call informing me that the doctor had only booked me in for a ten-minute appointment and insisted on a meet and greet prior to removing the lesion. There was no need for a meet and greet, as I had already paid $210 to have my moles checked by Mole Map, and a comprehensive report had been sent to the surgery from a Professor of Dermatology. I had taken the day off work for this appointment and was extremely disappointed with this lack of service and communication.

I have been seeing Dr. Praveen Athota for about seven months for multiple skin cancers and sun damaged skin.
I find Praveen to be warm and caring in the most professional manner.
He is highly skilled in surgically removing skin cancers and very thorough in the other treatment he has given me and I would recommend him to anyone without hesitation.
