My experience at star medical has been good. They get you in & out quickly but don’t skimp on the quality of care. My daughter had to have blood drawn & was nervous. Crystal, CMA was our triage nurse & was so nice- she is so kind and funny making my daughter smile while trying to draw blood. Crystal goes above & beyond the call of duty every time my daughter & I are there. She is an amazing asset to your team. Another nurse there, Ms. Jeanie is old school and so kind & thorough. She is tiny but mighty. I definitely recommend going there for medical care.

I have gone to star medical at least 5 times now and every time they have been great! The staff are sweet and they are good about timing. I have been seeing Mrs.Rhodes and She has been so amazing and has a great way of Educating me on what I have been dealing with. Her Medical assistant that saw me today was so kind and very helpful with answering my questions. I am very picky about places I go to. I have had bad experiences at other places and I truly like this place and the staff! I like the fact that I could talk about my issues and felt seen and heard and that she ran tests for me just to rule out things and I appreciated that a lot! The front desk people are also so friendly and warm welcoming! I appreciate this place and the people! Thank you all for what you all do!

I came in unable to breathe. I was in the middle of a asthma attack. Your staff took me in right away. They worked on me and got me on the road to recovery in less than one hour. When I called back with a concern I had the receptionist took care of me right away. She even took the time to call me back to finish helping me. I will recommend this clinic anytime I know of someone in need of your services. You'll are a TEN in my book. God bless

Came in with my sister Saturday morning. But every time we get her vitals taken by this same nurse she always has the nastiest attitude! Her name is crystal, she didn’t say more than three sentences, wouldn’t give us any eye contact and always makes us feel like a bother! Our provider and front desk was absolutely exceptional but I have made several complaints and nothing has been done about her. If you come here, ask not see the nurse crystal!!

Coming in to the building I was uneditable impressed . The lobby is spacious and inviting. This clinic can be used for primary or urgent care especially useful for veterans in the area who is served by the VA.

Service : Initially it took about thirty minutes before I was taken to a back room and another 15-25 minutes before I was seen by a physician. The front desk no more or little than their jobs, no friendly smiles, no additional questions , no explanation . They just asked for us to fill out paperwork and go. It was not too full but also not empty today. The waiting room and patient access rooms are clean and updated . Nice temperature compared to outside. Friendly staff in the back . Overall a good experience .

This has to be the worst urgent care I have ever been in. My sister went there for 9 months and they gaslighted her saying she had a bed sore. For 9 months. She died of cancer a month later. Only good for putting a band aid on a finger. No compassion. They expect a lot but give very little.

I have been going to Star Medical since my husband got stationed here in 2018. I’ve always received the best care. The physicians are quick, thorough and listen. I wish that all applied to the referral team. A 3+ week wait for referrals to get put in is absolutely ridiculous and a major delay in care. I called for 2+ weeks to just have a specific code added to a referral they put in and find out what happened to 2 referrals that I had seen the doctor for 2 weeks ago (or longer). I was transferred directly to the referral coordinator multiple times and no one answers the phone and no voicemail set up. When I went into the office to ask about the issues with the referrals the front desk employees were amazing and wanted to help but the one they handed all my info to very obviously rolled her eyes at me. I’m so disappointed.

Update: I am beyond ecstatic with the response to this within MINUTES of writing it. My issues were resolved and my referrals are in. I definitely recommend this office and to ask for Dr. Kevin Scyoc if any issue arises. He cares about his patients and his business.

We are normally happy with Star Medical, but this last visit was terrible. First they put myself and son in the same room. He is 22 and does not need me in there. The nurse Cynthia said it was because they thought we were married. Second, she said that he needed to be seen with his provider on Monday so he would be charged twice. We canceled Saturdays visit. I asked for refills for 3 prescriptions to be called to our mail order. She called 4 prescriptions to a local pharmacy. 2 of the prescriptions weren't even what was needed. And the NP Jean was rushed. When I told her I needed fasting bloodwork and could come on Saturday she made a loud sigh and said we are closed this Saturday. Then she got up to rush out the door. When I said wait I'm not done she was rude and nasty. I asked to have her check my ear and she jammed the piece in my ear I had blood. She was not a good provider and was nasty. We will never use her again.
