I had a referral/ mental health care plan for Mind Health Care, I called up after filling out the paperwork and realised this was out of affordability range, and I wanted my daughter who suffers from severe depression and is suicidal, to see someone in person. As this all being very new to me, I called the company and advised them that I cannot afford this and to please cancel my mental health care plan straight away.

The company have still charged me the fee, please be aware! They will only rip you off and try justify it, when you call them directly.

Awful customer service, the company has no intention in helping. They are only wanting money from people who are in desperate situations.

Wouldn’t bother with this mob more interested in getting your money.
Had Covid tried to ring as was not able to make the appointment rang 3 times on the Monday no answer or answering machine to take a message. Rang again Tuesday morning as my appointment was that day only to be told that I would have to pay 50 buck to make another appointment as it was my fault they didn’t answer and there message service wasn’t working bloody joke this place.
Great start to get my mental health sorted.
If I could give zero stars I would.

Really happy with the Kristine as a psychologist. I've found that she has been so really helpful, great recommendations. The building doesn't look like much from the outside but is nice and clean inside, receptionists have always been friendly.

This place is a high volume clinic with more patients than they can provide care for. 8 week waits between appointments because they tightly control your ability to make a future appointment. Not everyone's problems can be placed on hold for 8 weeks and nor should they be!

Rudest unhelpful receptionist
$75 paid to APPARENTLY see which psychologist is suited to you, even though you have requested an appointment with a certain psychologist. $75 is unrefundable even if you cancel your appointment 8 weeks in advance, due to getting an appointment within 7 days elsewhere

All they want is money, was told I'd be charged out of pocket $75 to be matched with a psychologist, even tho I knew who I wanted to see and was referred to by my gp.
As someone who like most doesn't have money to spare and is on a medical healthcare plan that is ridiculous. Will not be going here.
