My doctor is amazing , as for the staff at reception I’ve never met such a rude bunch of sour faced ladies in my life . I get anxiety just knowing I have to talk to them .

Horrible don’t waste your time reception is beyond rude. It’s worth going to Trafalgar to get a doctor and reception who will listen.
Young rude girls and old grumpy women don’t mix.
The doctors know next to nothing spent his time on google while I was giving him my symptoms(I can do that),just want to prescribe and get their commission.
Go elsewhere if you want doctors that actually take care and ask questions. I’ve actually put in a complaint to the health commissioner just because the wait times are incredibly long every visit I’ve been so maybe they need to train doctors and staff on how to run the practice.
Worst practice I’ve ever experienced.

Rang for an appointment only to be told that because it had been longer than 5 years since my last visit my doctor won't see me. After some complianing was told they would talk to them to see if they would be so gracious as to make an exception. At the time of writing this review I hadn't received a call back but either way I won't bother I'll go elsewhere. They've got a nerve calling themselves a 'Family' practice not even worth 1 star if this is the way they treat people who happen to be reasonably healthy and only need a check up every now and then.

Took my baby in to be seen when they opened as priority care was closed… was asked who her normal gp was, I told her and she referred me there even though it didn’t open for an hour and said she couldn’t be seen there until lunch time (we were the only ones there)

I have been to this doctor half a dozen times and never waited less than an hour. I have a 2 year old and 3 year old, the doctors have been very rude about them if they act up (Which after sitting in a doctors waiting room for an hour is to be expected of any 2 year old!). On my visit today the doctor made zero effort to build trust or rapport and after waiting an hour I was told he would not check him as he was not co-operating. No other doctor I have every seen has been so incompetent or rude. There are several doctors in town, for me this was the last straw for this practice.

Awesome clinic. Have attended there for many years. Friendly nurses/receptionists and doctors. Kingsley is fantastic and all my family have seen him for many years. If I can't get in to see him and have to go to another doctor, they have all been great too. Would recommend this clinic. Excellent service.

The lady at the front desk Karen is very blunt and not friendly at all. In person and over the phone. Every time I’ve been into the office in the past and over the period of my check ups with my then doctor she has always been cold with her tone, being that she’s the front desk lady you would think she would welcome people with at least a smile. Not that hard to be kind and smile especially if you choose to be the one greeting and taking appointments.

Dr okoh is the best doctors I have ever had. Not only does she look after my every issue she looked after my mum who passed of cancer she gave my mum dignity and respect and had results within a few visits she helped me and my wife look after mum at home for her final weeks the best.
