I’ve been coming here for a few years and this week was the worst experience I’ve ever had at this clinic. I went in for some testing the other day. They told me they would send it off to be cultured. I called to find out when the test results would be ready. They told me that my urinalysis was lost and I would have to come back for another one. Why so they can charge me a co-pay again? based on these reviews, apparently this is happening to other patients. Vanderbilt get it together! This is absolutely unacceptable.

I went here on Friday after feeling really bad at home. Cough, chest congestion, headache, body aches, you know all the common flu symptoms. I felt extremely dismissed from the minute I talked to the NP about how felt. I complained of a sore throat and was only tested for strep. When the discussion of testing for Covid came up I was advised some peoples insurance didn’t cover it, then was pretty much told nothing would be done for me if I had Covid anyways. Then when I contemplated about them testing I was immediately asked if I could afford it. I was not offered or recommended to get tested for the flu and instead was told because everyone else she had seen had Covid with at home test that I should just go home and quarantine. Well today 3 days later I saw my own PCP because I knew something wasn’t right and I had the flu. Had the providers there done their due diligence and not brushed me off because I was a young healthy individual (her words) I would not have been miserable the whole weekend and I could of had one of the prescription flu medications (it’s too late now). Vanderbilt comes with such a well known name yet this isn’t the first time I’ve been swept under the rug. So my recommendation is if you aren’t actively dying at the moment don’t go there!

The care I received here has been exceptional. These are the same top doctors that have ran vandys ER and you can tell. Quick, efficient, empathetic, follow up, and bedside manner was top of the line. Switching to have them as PCP after being HCA affiliated my entire adult life.

Today I was treated for female health issues I have been battling. I wasn't sure where to go or how to approach things and I am SO glad I went here. They listened and made me feel so much better. They helped me come up with a plan for getting better and were so compassionate. I came in contact with 5-6 employees during my visit and I felt like every single person wanted to make me feel better. I will definitely use this clinic again!

Never use this clinic. If I could get it,zero stars I would.

I went in with a cut on my finger and the doctor treated wrong and when I went back in they couldn’t believe how he treated it. They took off the strip off and then proceeded to shoot up my thumb to make it numb so they can clean it. They wrapped it back up without the strips and told me to see my primary in two days.

My primary told me it is now infected, and they have to run a culture on it to see how bad it is.

What should’ve been a simple procedure has now lasted three weeks with an infected finger and major pain.

My visit was a positive one initially. My wait time was reasonable, the provider listened to my concerns and was very thorough with my care. After leaving the facility, I was informed I would receive my lab results in about a day. After close to a week of not hearing anything, I contacted the clinic about my results and evidently my labs were lost.
I was informed that I could return to the facility to redraw labs. At that time I expressed I was not comfortable with that since the labs that were taken during my visit were lost and this concerned me. I understand that mistakes occur but found it unsettling that no one could explain what happened to my blood that was drawn and why it never reached the lab. Unfortunately, I will not return to this walk in clinic due to the situation.

If there is less than one star I’ll put that. Worst place ever, We took our child there for a follow up after a car wreck. We meet with a provider who was very racist and disrespectful he refused to check my child and called children protection services after we left. I don’t know how this place hire such kind of people he don’t even belong to medical field with any matter. Don’t you’ll ever go there for any reason hit any clinic other then Vanderbilt

We’ve used this clinic a handful of times for x-rays, strep/flu testing, rashes, etc. The wait time is always short and the staff friendly. We come here if we can’t be seen by our pcp. Never had a bad experience.
