Have been going to this medical centre for 20yrs. Dr Thurman before he retired and now seeing Dr Gallagher, not just quality GP’s but, great understanding people too! Also, the staff have always been friendly and tried to cater to my needs regarding appointments. If you complain about this medical centre, maybe it’s you who can’t be pleased. Highly recommend.

This clinic has always been great and I have referred many friends over the years to my doctor there. However now that they don’t bulk bill, my husbands appointment today to a GP for a 40 minute WorkCover appointment was charged at $176.66. THEIR OWN NOTICE FOR CHARGING ADVISES $75.00 for WorkCover appointments and up to $120.00 for long consults. Obviously they charge the best part of both of those charges for WorkCover or long appointments. To add insult to injury this is due on the day. WorkCover only reimburses $69.O0. My advice sadly would now be to attend another clinic.

Fantastic place, my whole family have used this clinic for 9 years now. My wife and I both have long term chronic health conditions and we have been treated with both compassion and with OUR best interests at heart. My Dr (Dr R Birks) has been fantastic in helping me keep on my feet and navigate the circus that is the Workcover system. Not always on time, but that's because the Dr takes his time to actually listen and treat accordingly.

Not a bulk billing clinic as their listing suggests on google. $70+ for your first appointment.
Called first thing in the morning to try and get an appointment for today (Wednesday), because I was having a lot of trouble breathing (possibly pneumonia). 10 min process collecting my details to book into the appointment, but then told new clients need a longer booking, so after all that couldn’t fit me in anyway.

Have found doctors and nurses courteous and follow up procedures, waiting time normally not long at all 5-15 mins on one occasion longer but to be expected with a lot of patients that day. Same with X-rays and scans, courteous, proffessional as well and nurses in Pathology also nice and courteous and caring. A good Medical Centre to go to.

I have been going to this clinic for over 10 yr's unfortunately all the good doctors have retired, now alot of inexperienced students so I have a number of medical conditions so need a full time regular Dr. I have had to go to Dr Sue Clark for the past 3yr's and I'm very disappointed every time I need to go always leave there upset she pretend she care but she doesn't actually listen and does not show empathy at all and did not physically touch me to assess my injury took 4 mth's of returning to get it looked at n then just fobbed it off n said nothing can be done just learn to live with it? not to mention many errors with regular essential medication? My advice is only attend if its minor and not urgent.
