This is literally the worst clinic you could go to I got scheduled cause I had somewhat of an incident and this doctor didn’t even know what day it was and sits in my face and tells me even after showing her pics that I’m perfectly fine then to go on I told her my concerns several times went to look at the clinical notes this women didn’t even mention any of it. If you have any actual issues just go to an er or pay out of pocket doctors like a lot of the ones her make me wanna just thug everything out. They’re all a joke.

the optometrist wore no gloves while checking my eyes. There were multiple times when his bare hands touched my mouth. He also wore no face protection while looking at my eyes with a flashlight at close to a 1 inch distance. So not only were his bare hands touching my mouth, i was breathing in the air from his mouth. I have no problem with male doctors, but as a female this experience was extremely uncomfortable and disgusting. Do better.

Worst navy clinic I’ve ever been to.
They’re always behind, even if you’re the first appt of the day. The doctors are a joke. The clinic manager calls to make excuses instead of helping.

I'd say this place was a "joke" but no one is laughing; quite the opposite in fact!! My daughter , who is active duty in the Navy, has had the WORST time at this clinic. IF she can get any of the absolute LAZIEST people to even schedule her an appointment in the first place, they will just turn her away when she gets there telling her they don't have an appointment for her!! They have caused GERD due to prescribed pain killers and wont even address THAT issue! They just keep telling her "you MIGHT have an appointment " . Ridiculous!! She had to go to a civilian doc to address the GERD issue because she was SO desperate to get actual help for and issue the Navy "docs" caused!! Not to mention the fact that they address her other medical issues and ask for SENITIVE details about her condition at the front desk ; in FRONT of other people/patients!! Unbelievable and Unacceptable ; completely inappropriate and unprofessional ! Simply atrocious and despicable! IF there is anyone whom is reading this and actually cares, please HELP!!! - A desperate mother, pleading.

They don't answer their phones. At any location. Told that to a lady at the pharmacy and she said "we always answer our phones" as I was on hold and hung up on while on hold in front of her for her to call herself and realize nobody answers the phones. We are told to rely on their phone system but unless you confront them in person, you'll just forever be 2nd in queue or sent to a voice-mail that never responds. I need to hear a live human being and not their automated recorded line that has the same dull man's voice that's been there for years. People are not having it easy in 2023, stop making it harder for us.

Pharmacy wait times were pretty rough. Got there at around 11:25am and didn't leave with my prescription until a little past 1:00pm. The pharmacists were kind and easy to talk to. If the pharmacy wait times were cut a fair amount I could easily see myself giving this place 4 stars.

The amount of time that is spent waiting on active duty/veterans/ dependents medication is piss poor. It lacks sense of urgency. Is any of them are prior military, piss poor is the cleanest comment I can leave. They are not short on staff and still the wait time is unacceptable. The fact that no one is taking measure about it is also unacceptable. This is the standard.

Branch Pharmacy devotes more time inventing self serving reasons not to process, and issue, prescriptions than time it takes to actually deliver a customer their prescriptions. Arrived 15:41 hours Feb 11, 2022. Joined line of customers wanting to scan their ID cards and receive a ticket number for service. Scanner inoperable. Nothing explained why scanner inoperable. I asked counter clerk why scanner inoperable? Answer: New policy is turn off scanner 15:35 hours. Translation: if customer not arrived before 15:34 hours then customer is not served. I mentioned pharmacy website, and signage posted inside pharmacy, explicitly says pharmacy is open Monday thru Friday until 16:00 hours. After mid-level supervisor and I exchanged different opinions regarding rapidly deteriorated customer service, clerk told me to be seated, and after windows emptied, I would be served.
Pharmacy incessantly changes operating hours, and procedures, "on the fly" and never notified customers in advance. This mistake needs to be immediately rectified to improve already lacking customer service.
