I had a really great experience at Reliance Medical Center, especially with Dr. Romani, who has been treating my two-year-old son. She is an excellent pediatrician—very knowledgeable, caring, and patient. The entire staff including Assistant manager Mehraj, provides top-notch customer service, and everyone is extremely supportive and friendly. Dear Reliance Medical Center Management,

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your facility. Over the past three weeks, I have experienced significant delays during my scheduled appointments, which has caused considerable inconvenience and affected my ability to fulfill my work commitments.

On each occasion, despite arriving on time, I was left waiting for an extended period before being attended to. During my first appointment, scheduled for 10 a.m., I was not seen until after 10:30 a.m., only to be informed that my treatment could not be completed that day. The following week, I faced a similar delay, and despite informing the staff of my time constraints, my appointment was further delayed. Today, I was again kept waiting for an unreasonable length of time, and another patient was called ahead of me, prompting me to leave without receiving treatment.

This pattern of delays is unacceptable and has caused me undue stress and inconvenience. I expect a higher standard of professionalism and respect for patients’ time.

I kindly request a review of your appointment scheduling and management procedures to prevent such occurrences in the future. I would appreciate a response outlining the steps you will take to address this issue.

I would also like to bring to your attention that my treatment involved the removal of a contraceptive implant, which left a wound that requires careful follow-up. Leaving without proper treatment or advice on wound care has raised concerns about the risk of infection or other complications. I find it alarming that despite the nature of my treatment, I was not prioritized appropriately. If any complications arise from this lack of timely care, I will hold your facility accountable and pursue further action if necessary.

Terrible experience. You book an appointment for 9 am and half an hour later the doc is still not here. Everyone walks and talks like it's their home.. no professionalism with patients. Everyone dresses like they have just woken up and walked to work. Worse place .. no wonder the patient area is always empty. Good luck surviving here.

My child used to attend speech and occupational therapy at Reliance Care, but I’ve decided to move to a new provider due to a recent unsatisfactory experience with their team.

When my husband fell ill, we had to cancel a therapy session for our son on short notice, and we were charged the full fee, as stipulated in the contract, which we understood. However, on October 19, my husband and son went to Reliance Care for my son’s scheduled therapy, only to be told there was no appointment that day. This was extremely frustrating, as we prioritize our son’s therapy and plan carefully around it. We expect the same level of communication and respect from the provider.

When I reached out to Pratima via email regarding this issue, I hoped for a considerate response, perhaps even offering a make-up session at no additional cost given the scheduling oversight. Instead, the response seemed dismissive, focusing on the waitlist for therapy sessions and stating there was no notification due to the 9 a.m. time slot. This was especially frustrating as we hadn’t received the usual SMS reminder, suggesting the absence was planned (likely for annual leave) rather than an emergency.

A simple phone call, apology, or acknowledgment of the scheduling error would have been appreciated—or even a brief conversation with my husband at my son’s previous session. Instead, we felt disregarded, which ultimately led us to seek another provider.

I hope our experience will prompt improvements to ensure future clients don’t encounter similar frustrations.
