This is the best medical clinic I’ve been to and I’ve been to a few..
Dr Shelina Kiyani “WOW SHES AMAZING”
soo lovely and caring.. definitely makes you feel cared about takes all the necessary checks and steps to sort your health problems out 👌
From the 1st visit with her I felt cared about, she actually makes eye contact with you, making you truly feel like you are being listen to 😊
The girls at reception AWESOME doesn’t matter what time of the day you are there a smile always welcomes you 😁
You are all wonderful and it’s nice to be treated with such care, respect & professionalism.
*Primary Medical, & •Scott street Medical have nothing on Resolve Medical centre. Thank you all especially Dr Kiyani 🥰

The practitioners are fantastic but I don’t know how many times I’ve booked a Telehealth appointment that’s never been adhered to. Especially today. Booked for a call at 12pm. Clinic closes at 1pm apparently and I never even had my appointment.

The whole team of receptionists, nurses and GPs at Resolve Medical are the most caring, kind and accommodating team I've had the pleasure of dealing with! I have been attending this clinic for over 5 years and I am so grateful to have found a wonderful group of medical professionals who are so easy to deal with and make me feel heard. Whenever I have called regarding a stressful situation, they have always been compassionate and ready to assist me. Thank you so much Rebecca + team! Dr. Islam isn't too bad either 😉

Doctors r very good and staff also but the worst and very disappointing experience to ultrasound team doctor , so not recommended to go for ultrasound frome this clinic ..

Dr Ponraj is absolutely brilliant especially with our children. We have 2 little boys under 3 and he was so thorough when checking them but also so patient. He made the visit so fun for the boys and ensured we received the best level of care. The Customer Service team are amazing and always try there best to accommodate and help, they are so understanding. I also think it’s a good thing they stopped taking on new patients because unlike lots of other clinic when you have an emergency or fall sick and need an appointment that day 9 times out of 10 you are able to get one 😍

My husband and I can't recommend Resolve Melton enough. Bec and the girls are always amazing they are friendly, helpful and very understanding. Nothing is ever a problem for them. We also think Dr Islam is awesome and very knowledgeable.
We are so grateful to have an amazing Dr clinic with amazing staff.
