The clinic kept changing my appointment in the days before the date, but when I did arrive, they said they would 'squeeze' me in if I waited, which I didn't understand, as I had an appointment. Apparently the appointments had been shuffled again without me knowing. When I was in with the doctor (the appointment was for renewal of scripts), she didn't understand the procedure of the '2 for 1' medication from the pharmacy on this particular script, so wouldn't give me the appropriate script. Apparently if she had known, all she needed to do was to enter the appropriate code when doing the script. She told me I would have to sort it out with the pharmasist, and get him to ring her. This resulted in a lot of messing around and time wasting at the pharmacy, and the pharmacist having to ring the doctor to explain the '2 for 1' process, and wait for the appropriate script to be emailed to him, and then I couldn't take the repeat script home, as they had to wait for the doctor to mail the original script. The pharmacist was annoyed, and I was stuck in the middle of the mess-up. All in all, this took several hours, which I really couldn't afford to waste. I felt that the doctor should be uptodate with the system of the different type of scripts, and also that someone should have phoned me if they changed my appointment at the last minute I know that sometimes things can happen, but it didn't intstill me with confidence

I have not been to a dctor in 4 or 5 years and just moved to the area so did not have a regular doctor. The Dr i saw was almost too good she diagnosed my problem in seconds and and a few other issues as well. I just found my regular doctor from now on outstanding.

I had lovely experience with this clinic.. recently moved to Sunbury and this is the best clinic I have been to.. the doctors and nurse is so kind and lovely.. will recommend this clinic for sure..
