What a beautiful centre 🌟 Cian’s restoring Yin classes have helped calm me following a long day of work. They have helped relax my muscles whilst marathon training and the perfect way to dip into a deeper level of consciousness. Belinda & Kane’s classes are also incredible and highly recommend!👌

Restoring Wellness is such a welcoming and positive space that makes every visit feel special. The atmosphere is always uplifting and fun, which really enhances the whole experience. I've tried Belinda’s and Kane’s classes—Slow Flow, Unwind, Vinyasa Flow, and Progressive Flow—and enjoyed every single one. The teachers are fantastic: they’re knowledgeable, approachable, and truly make you feel comfortable no matter your experience level. I highly recommend this studio to anyone looking for a great yoga and dance experience!

The yoga practice here feels like a hug to the soul.
Tried my first class on a Tuesday with Kane, literally one of the best yoga classes I have ever been to. Left very energised and calmed.
The vibe of the place honours the name, it feels very restorative.

Love the care and dedication that the teachers put into it, such a beautiful, beautiful practice🧡

As a local resident this makes me feel more proud and connected to the area where I live.

I was so excited when Restoring Wellness opened walking distance from my home. I believe I am the oldest member of this beautiful yoga community. At 70 and legally blind I thought I would give it a try , I haven't done yoga for 30 years, and with the guidance of the kind and knowledgeable teachers it's slowly coming back to me.
My balance and flexibility are improving, a work in progress.
Today I had a one on one with Belinda, it was amazing. I came away knowing I can do more than I thought possible.
I am looking forward to seeing how far I can go.
I highly recommend it.

The space is amazing, the vibe is just so welcoming. Also, the teachers are so knowledgeable and caring. The expertly crafted combination of sound healing, cacao and yin event created an atmosphere of pure bliss and tranquility. I was absolutely taken away. Belinda was so grounding and carried us through each pose, whilst Jess did this amazing cacao ceremony to start us off, and then the whole way through we were lulled by the amazing sounds of Mirella. These three were better than any day spa I’ve been too and I’m still chilled almost 24 hrs later. Would highly recommend. And will be returning for the next event

Tonight I attended my first yoga class at this brand new studio, and it was an absolutely delightful experience! The atmosphere was serene and welcoming, instantly making me feel at ease. The facilities were spotless, modern, and thoughtfully designed, creating the perfect environment for a rejuvenating yoga session.

Belinda, our instructor, was simply wonderful. She was warm, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. Her guidance throughout the class was clear and encouraging, making it easy for both beginners and seasoned yogis to follow along. Belinda's calming presence and genuine passion for yoga shone through, making the entire experience uplifting and enjoyable.

From the moment I stepped in, to the final relaxation pose, I felt completely at peace and revitalized. I can't wait to return for more sessions and continue my yoga journey at this fantastic studio. Highly recommend!

What a beautiful space, full of beautiful people. The dynamic flow class was very invigorating, Kane is an inspiring teacher and always manages to bring some laughter into his classes. Yin was beautiful- Belinda has a talent for creating a safe and nurturing space to melt into yourself. There are classes here for yogis at any stage, I really couldn't recommend a studio or it's teachers more highly.

The gentle pace, paired with the soft candlelight, created a peaceful atmosphere that allowed me to fully unwind. By the end of the class, I felt completely relaxed and rejuvenated.
